Refund Policy

At Loyal Workforce Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality direct hire staffing services. Due to the nature of our services—which involve time, effort, and resources invested in sourcing and placing qualified candidates—our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations

  • Before Candidate Introduction: Clients may cancel a job order at any time before candidate profiles are submitted for review. No fees will apply.

  • After Candidate Introduction: Once candidate profiles have been submitted, a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed placement fee may be assessed to compensate for time and resources invested.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • If the placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period specified in the signed agreement (typically 30–90 days), and no replacement is provided within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Refunds are not issued in cases where:

    • The client cancels the position after a qualified candidate has accepted the offer.

    • The client provides misleading or incomplete information that impacts candidate placement.

    • The client delays or disrupts the recruitment process in a way that prevents successful placement.

3. Replacement Guarantee

In lieu of refunds, we typically offer a one-time candidate replacement within the specified guarantee period if the placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause.

4. Payment Disputes

All payments must be made through our official invoicing platform (e.g., Wix Payments). In the event of a dispute or chargeback, documentation including the signed contract, candidate acceptance, and communication history will be submitted to support our case.
